T O S §1 No refunds given if not possible. §2 Spam = ban + no product + no refund. §3 Seller/Partner scams: 50percent refund. §4 Return requests must be submitted within 2h, otherwise a return will not be possible. §5 Proof of payment and proof of product failure is required for any refund. §6 If you receive an acc then you are obliged to change the password. §7 Do not spam in the DMs from the staff just wait until you receive your product. §8 Without recording - you activating the key that you got - NO REPLACEMENT // REFUND. §9 If you buy redEngine / Eulen / Nexus etc. you need to have record from moment that you recive key until redeeming. No video proof - no refund/replacement. §10 Please respect our staff, no respect - no product §11 We're not replacing any key if it gets suspended - unless it's been less than 7days after your purchase. §12 We're not replacing any key if is is banned or suspending , you're assuming that buying extra-cheap have about a 20-40% suspend. §13 If you open a ticket you accept our Tos. Invalid key - REPLACE Already redeemed key - NO REPLACE WE NEED RECORDING SINCE YOU GOT THE KEY, NOT WHEN U ARE ACTIVATING IT
